Executive Director
Michelle Blumenberg
mblumenb@email.arizona.edu
Extension #7122
Michelle arrived at the University of Arizona Hillel Foundation in 1992 after working for six years at the University of Michigan Hillel. She earned a BA in sociology and women’s studies and an MA in social work from the University of Michigan. She loves working with students, lay leaders and the community of Hillel (c'mon, she's been doing this for over 23 years - there must be some secrets to learn here). She is here in Tucson with her husband, Rick, and their two children, Avi and Eitan. Her door is usually open and she loves when students stop by to schmooze.

Operations Manager
Charae Stewart
charae@email.arizona.edu
Extension #7120
Charae graduated from Chapparal College and has been at Hillel for the past six years. She REALLY loves watching reality shows, bowling, sewing and spending time with her husband, Steve, and step-daughter, Sophie. Her position enables her to be a surrogate mom at Hillel. She loves talking to students so stop by the front desk and say HI.

Development Director
Robyn Schwager
schwager@email.arizona.edu
Extension #7124
Robyn Schwager graduated from The University of Arizona way-back-when with a degree in psychology. She was a buyer for Levy’s (a division of Federated Department Stores) prior to spending 22 years as an active volunteer in the Tucson community. When the youngest of her 3 daughters moved out of the house to go to college, Robyn returned to the work force and is using the skills she learned as a volunteer to benefit Hillel. Check out the M&M machine in her office and the home-made challah rolls she brings in on Fridays!

Assistant Director
Laura Wilson Etter
hillellaura@gmail.com
Extension #7126
Laura graduated from the University of Arizona in 2005 with a degree in English, and loves being on campus again. Laura loves art, dancing, cooking, traveling, a good workout, and is always up for a conversation about anything from television to her son, Sidney. Stop by and say hello--there's usually chocolate in her office.
