Michelle arrived at the University of Arizona Hillel Foundation in 1992 after working for six years at the University of Michigan Hillel. She earned a BA in sociology and women’s studies and an MA in social work from the University of Michigan. She loves working with students, lay leaders and the community of Hillel (c'mon, she's been doing this for over 23 years - there must be some secrets to learn here). She is here in Tucson with her husband, Rick, and their two children, Avi and Eitan. Her door is usually open and she loves when students stop by to schmooze.

Charae graduated from Chapparral Business Trade School in Business. Charae and has been at Hillel for the past nine years. She REALLY loves watching reality shows, bowling, crafting and sewing. Her husband, Steve is in the military and we love spending time together, even though we have ALOT of different views on life. My position enables me to be a surrogate mom at Hillel and I love shooting the breeze. Stop in and say "HI"!

Robyn Schwager is a UA alumna with a degree in psychology. Satisfying her love of all-things-retail, she was a buyer for Levy’s (a former division of Federated Department Stores) prior to spending 22 years as an active volunteer in the Tucson community. When the youngest of her 3 daughters moved out of the house to go to college, Robyn returned to the work force and is using the skills she learned as a volunteer to benefit Hillel (eg: spreading the word and raising money.) Stop by any time to chat and for M&M’s or fresh popcorn. And don’t forget……Fridays are Challah-days in her office – check it out!

Ryan hails from Yorktown, Virginia and is a graduate of Randolph College where he earned a B.A. in Political Science and Environmental Studies. Ryan enjoys working with students and promoting positive Jewish Experiences. Ryan finds the opportunity to help guide students in their exploration of Judaism as one of the most rewarding experiences and is excited to be at the University of Arizona. Outside of Hillel, Ryan is an avid sports fan, with a strong affinity for Bubba Watson and all Detroit sports teams. Ryan enjoys long walks on the beach, coming up with creative trivia team names, and Wagon Wheel.
